All communications between the UKTA secretariat and the applicant will be by email wherever possible.  All application forms received will be promptly acknowledged with guidance on what will happen next during the selection process. 

Successful applications will receive an offer of training which will include details of education or training charges and costs. The offer will be valid for two weeks, if not accepted within this period the offer may be cancelled and the places offered to another applicant.  If the offer is accepted the training places will be reserved with the training provider who will initially contact the applicant to arrange payment of any non-refundable advance booking deposit, obtain course timing details, advice on travel and accommodation arrangements.  When making payments to the training provider, please ensure that you use your UKTA reference number so that it can be tracked swiftly and easily through the system.

Delegates will also be required to confirm that they have obtained a visa and their UK arrival time and flight number.
