UKTA On-line Application Form

You are now able to complete your application form on-line.  We have however left the Microsoft Word application form on the site for you to ensure that you have two options.  These application forms can be found in the applications area of our web-site or, alternatively just follow the link.  Please do not pass a soft copy of this file to your colleagues to complete.   We constantly update the date fields on the on-line form so if you do, you could well lengthen the applications process by sending us corrupt files which we are unable to read.

UKTA Administration Fees

We have, to avoid confusion amalgamated VAT (a UK Government tax charged at 17.50%) into the UKTA administration fees but, please note that all bank charges relating to UKTA administration fees shall be charged to the applicant, the UKTA does not accept responsibility for any accompanying exchange rates or bank charges.
