An application form may be down-loaded from this web site. Applicants should take care to include any and all information which provides evidence of their ability to benefit fully from the training. This is particularly important where previous experience or knowledge is specified as a requirement in the course description. Please ensure that the form is completed in full and, preferably typewritten, so that we can process it speedily.  Contact information is particularly important to enable timely confirmation or clarification (telephone, mobile, & e-mail).

All applications must contain the details of an authorised representative of the administration or company, confirming that the training is appropriate and that funding for the tuition fees (if appropriate), training fees (if appropriate),  travel and United Kingdom living costs will be available (company, private etc.) and has been discussed with the applicant. Applications cannot be considered without this confirmation.  Completed application forms should be emailed to the UKTA secretariat or, exceptionally, by airmail to:  UKTA Secretariat, 3 The Priors, Bedworth, Warwickshire, CV12 9NZ, United Kingdom.

Applications can be submitted throughout the year but as early as possible before the required programme start date, in order to allow sufficient time for the allocation process and other arrangements. Late applications will be considered but the chances of successful allocation may be reduced. Priority may have to be given to those judged to be most able to benefit from the training.
