A small number of applicants have accepted offers of training and then failed to attend.  Applications will not be processed without details of an authorised representative of the applicant's administration or company.  This representative must be able to confirm that the training is appropriate and that funding for the training, travel and United Kingdom living costs will be available (company, private etc.) and has been discussed with the applicant. 

Following their confirmation of acceptance, any applicants failing to take all reasonable steps to avoid wasting allocated places will be billed for the full price of the training place.  This will be pursued via the applicant's employer.  It will be assumed that all applicants and authorising company representatives have read and agreed to the UKTA's terms & conditions before an application form is sent. 

Some applicants have had to make late cancellations due to difficulties over visas.  Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for the, often lengthy, processes associated with visa applications in order to avoid personal disappointment, time and effort.
