From this area you will be able to complete an application form on line or download, print and fax it.  You are able to download an application form in  Microsoft Word file format,  but please note that this is not the preferred method as it is prone to typing errors being made with dates and e-mail addresses.  

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING UKTA APPLICATION FORM

To enable you to complete your application form with the minimum of fuss, please follow the instructions as set out below if you want to complete the form OFF-LINE:

Select the application form, save a copy of the blank form onto your computer selecting a file name using NO spaces in a PDF file format.  You are then able to take your time completing the form.

Double click on the form you have just saved onto your computer and complete the application form as you would normally do on-line ensuring that you save it as you go along.

Once completed, go into your email attach the application form, write your email to the UKTA then send the email to applications@ukta.co.uk.

BEFORE SENDING YOUR EMAIL WITH THE ATTACHMENT, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE DATA IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT.

In order to download, read and print documents in  Adobe PDF file format you will need a copy of "Adobe Acrobat Reader" installed onto your PC, you can find this either by clicking on the icon at the bottom of this page or by visiting our download page.

If Acrobat Reader is not already installed on your PC then download a FREE copy now.  When you have completed the download use the 'Back' button on your browser to return to this page, then select and download your required documents.  Click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.
