The emergence of the next generation Internet and an ever increasing demand for national and international bandwidth, has resulted in the development and build of high capacity data transport networks.  You will install, commission, operate and fault find next generation optical transport networks.  Recommended to be taken as a combined course with units 1,2,3 & 4 of the City & Guilds 3666-02 Certificate in Communications Cabling.
