Description

An introduction to voice over IP technologies

Aims To examine issues relating to voice over IP architectures and infrastructures.  The course will show why the need for packetised voice services has become a priority issue, and outlines the challenges of integrating voice over data networks.
Who Would Benefit? Telecommunications professionals and systems administrators responsible for planning, implementing or managing an IP network.
